RAREBREED RETURN POLICY
Online Returns
We gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed, full-price items with tags intact, provided they are returned in the same condition as received.
Steps to Initiate a Return:

Submit a return request to the RAREBIRD team for approval. Once approved, we will provide a trackable pre-paid shipping label.

Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of your order's delivery date, and the item must be received by RAREBIRD within 7 days of the label issue date.
Important Details:

A $15 fee for the pre-paid return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Options:

Online Store Credit: Receive credit for the full purchase amount (excluding discounts and shipping fees). Store credit can be used in-store upon request.

Original Payment Method: A 5% restocking fee will apply.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. If no refund method is selected, store credit will automatically be issued and sent via email.

Discounted items are final sale.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be refunded or returned to the customer.

In-Store Returns
New, unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags intact may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase. Please provide the original receipt, and ensure the item is in its original condition.
